Day 8 Providence Open & Lowell Mills National Park

Sophie spent the second week of school with her Grandpa Mike and Grandma Linda in Mystic, CT. She competed at the Providence Open over the weekend, winning Gold in her Interpretive skate, and earning more point for Freestyle.

Sophie did all kinds of fun things with her grandparents: golfing, working on the crossword, visiting a National History Museum, helping Grandpa cook, and then going out to see Carousel!

Lily and I met Grandpa Mike and Sophie in Lowell, Mass. and visited the National Park for the mills there. We learned a lot and plan to go back when we have more time to visit.

Sophie did schoolwork every day she was gone and really did an excellent job on her own! (see previous post for days 4-7)
